Plain Church Celtic Community are seeking a Christian individual or couple to support and help build  their work on developing an abbey at The Bustard Inn, Shrewton. 
The Bustard Inn project is part of God Unlimited Outdoor Therapy, and the Inn provides supported accommodation, Tea Rooms, gardening, craft work, and outdoor activities on Salisbury Plain, as well as hosting weddings, parties, conferences and teaching sessions. 
The applicants should have an active and mature Christian faith, and be team players, but are also able to work independently. A servant heart is essential, and a willingness to do the day to day tasks as well as developing the exciting new opportunities. The post can be for a married couple, or single people. 
Support given to the 5 residents is varied according to their need, but usually includes mental health support and life skills coaching. Therefore some personal life experiences would be useful, as well as the ability to problem solve. 
We share the house with dogs and cats, and the garden with our 4 chickens. 
Accommodation is available on site, and duty shifts into some evenings will be required.
